    Prof. Boudart is contributing to the advancement of chemical kinetics in catalytic science and technology. A founder of Catalytica, Inc., a company led by one of his Stanford Ph.D. students, he is interested in advising students on industrial career opportunities. He is the Director of the Industrial Affiliates Program in the Departments of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. He is a member of the National Academy of Sciences and of the National Academy of Engineering of the USA.
