• In Spring of 2008, Colin Reese (graduate student from Prof. Zhenan Bao's group) won the MRS ((Materials Research Society) for the Best Poster, entitled "High-performance Microscale Field-effect Transistors for the Probing of Charge Transport in Molecular Crystals and SCFET Device Physics". His poster was one of the three winners chosen from more than 600 posters. (03.27.08)
