Matteo Cargnello has received the ANNIC (Applied Nanotechnology and Nanoscience International Conference) Mid-Career Award.

This award is to recognize an early career scientist up to 10 years after his/her PhD. It recognizes excellence in science in the field of Applied Nanotechnology and Nanoscience.

The ANNIC Mid-Career Award is attributed by the Chairs Committee (composed of Prof. Nicola Pinna, Prof. Francesco Stellacci, Prof. Liberato Manna and, Prof. Jordi Arbiol).

The ANNIC 2019 Mid-Career Nanotechnology Scientific Award’s winner is Dr. Matteo Cargnello from Stanford University for “for using nanotechnology to advance catalytic materials“
